In Brief
Regent's Park
Time: 6:45pm (Run starts at 7.00pm. Meet at the Sports Centre earlier leaving time to change and walk to the Start point)
Route: Regent's Park
Distance: 3 or 6 miles.
Meet: Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre (changing rooms, lockers and showers)
Fee: £1 collected at the door
Afterwards: Food at Del'Aziz in the leisure centre

Two routes are available with distances of 3 and 6 miles.
Wednesday evening runs also include optional coaching.
Afterwards
After the run, we eat in Del'Aziz cafe at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre.
