An Introduction To Coaching

The aim of coaching is to assist runners develop their fitness, performance and to enjoy their running. This maybe via coached sessions, providing up to date information on training techniques, mental preparation, nutrition, strength conditioning and injury prevention.

We will make coaching relevant to the individuals taking part and help them develop their fitness in a safe, supportive and positive environment.

Wednesday evenings are our dedicated club training/coached nights, everyone is welcome to join in. Just stay behind after the circle announcements. Please look at the London Frontrunners calendar for details of the planned coaching sessions.
