Gloves are discarded and tights have been replaced by shorts - yes, in lighter times a London Frontrunner's thoughts turn to Spring.
It is great to see so many of you coming out of hibernation, and the race calendar is becoming sardine packed. Please use the races section of the website to enter the races you are taking part in, so that information about training, transportation and any social plans following the race can be best communicated.
The website is much more interactive, so we would like to see all members registered.
With the warmer weather come new runners, so please make them feel as welcome as you possibly can. We are still looking for Frontrunning buddies, so that we will have a group of named members we can direct new runners towards. The memories of your first run, and your first contact with the club tend to be lasting ones. Let's make them as positive as possible.
